Quo Artis presented the exhibition Beyond a Sea Change. Rethinking the Mediterranean, a Virtual Reality (VR) exhibition, to mark the culmination of the project A Sea Change.

This innovative exhibition is accessible online through the Vortic Art Platform from the 7th of March, the project’s official website, and in person by using a pair of Oculus glasses at the Sant Pau Art Nouveau Site, coinciding with the A Sea on Edge exhibition, available until April 30th, 2024.

The exhibition aimed to offer a new perspective on the Mediterranean, encouraging viewers to envision a future free from hostility and the threat of extinction. It invited audiences to consider sustainable solutions that honor and rejuvenate the Mediterranean’s vibrant ecosphere and the life it supports.

Attendees are invited to join in this immersive experience to rethink the Mediterranean and explore the potential of art in addressing some of the most pressing environmental challenges of our time. Whether online or at the Sant Pau Art Nouveau Site through the Oculus goggles available, Beyond a Sea Change. Rethinking the Mediterranean was a thought-provoking journey through the possibilities of creative innovation and ecological reflection.
You can view this exhibition online through March 3, 2025!

Participating artists :
